     Yoga contains the opportunity for us to return home to our bodies.   It the transformational process of remembering who we are - fully alive in this soft animal body.   Whether it is to heal an injury, gain strength and flexibility, or cultivate equanimity, the practices of yoga and meditation are effective tools.   It is as simple as slowing down, breathing and paying attention.  These practices are accessible to everyone.  

     I offer both public and private classes.  Public classes offer the opportunity of support from others who are practicing and are an affordable way to practice regularly.  Private classes can be tailored to fit your specific needs, injuries and reasons for practicing yoga.  I am also able teach yoga at your business or corporate event.  Please feel free to contact me at grntoe@hotmail.com with any questions or to schedule a private lesson.
