What to Expect:
Mentoring sessions are offered at flexible intervals (weekly or monthly) depending on your needs and goals. Each session is held via Zoom so you can connect from the comfort of your space.
By listening deeply and holding a space of belonging, together we can create the conditions for your flourishing. I draw upon the traditions of mindfulness, meditation, Buddhist wisdom, yoga techniques, Somatic Experiencing, and Focusing.
