“Desire is a powerful thing. It can keep you working for something until your last breath.”
Maya Angelou
Through a blend of invigorating yoga asanas, soothing restorative practices, pranayama and guided meditations, we will cultivate mindfulness and clarity while exploring desire.
Dive deep into the nature of desire: What does it truly mean to desire? How can we interpret the Buddhist teachings on the wanting mind? Together, we will journey into the sensations of craving—whether for a person, an experience, or a goal. Is desire inherently good or bad?
Cultivate clarity, enhance your awareness, and gain valuable insights into your own desires. This workshop is an opportunity to embrace and understand the complexities of your longing, fostering a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Come prepared to reflect, release, and renew as we unravel the threads of desire within ourselves.
