Namaste’s 200 Hour Program is broken into two 100 Hour Modules, to be taken sequentially.
Let's go outside! This special event on June 15 takes mindfulness outdoors as a support for insight, joy and wonder. Spend some time together connecting with the wildness of nature and each other. We will walk for about an hour - some of which will be in silence. Come prepared to walk some hills and sit in meditation on the ground (bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket to sit on). You will need sun protection, water, and snacks. 10:30 - 12:30 round trip June 15. No need to register - just show up. We will meet at the Alvarado Staging Area. Suggested donation $20.
