Meditation is a powerful practice that can radically change your life. We start right where we are with your mind and heart just as it is and move forward with courage and gentleness. We practice out of compassion for ourself and for the world.

DHARMA
I know it is cold. I know that it is sharp, and my muscles sometimes clench up with the cold. But I can take it. I don't have to always live in comfort, and I will be ok.
I spoke to a sleep expert, and she said that I must allow myself to rest, even if I am not sleeping. Rest is a practice.
The tree had cracked open, revealing a hollowed-out center and threatening to take down the whole thing.
Like the buck holding his ground while eating an apple, I refuse to let go of joy and hope.
Instead of piling the excess and waste of human consumption into an "out of sight, out of mind" spot that pollutes and stinks, something valuable is made.
Let's turn towards each other because the waves are crashing, and it is easier to stay standing shoulder to shoulder.
